The kanji floating around the PV are random and not that much relevant, it’s just an extra since “words” are a big topic in this song.
I’ll add the original Japanese lyrics and the romaji after the album is released, since I was asked not to post lyrics until official release.

There are many words including “Flower” coming up in this song. To me, each of these “Flowers” has a different image. If you discover the something sparkling in the “Flowers” I sung with all my heart… I’d be so happy…

The flowers gently fluttering down on me form an unseasonable floral pattern.
The voice that turns a bit lonely is immediately audible close by.

Isochromatic figures appear and disappear with the illuminating light of the fireflies and the moonlit night passes.

You are a flower, blown away strongly. Your words cannot brush me.
You bloom profusely and we snuggle up, but cannot meet. I unite with flower words.

Do you believe in words of flowers? They flutter down onto my blank face.
Without being able to grasp the meaning enclosed in flowers, the moonlight passes.

I tie together flowers that connect two to one, for someday – over time – I’ll encounter my dreams.

You are a flower, dancing distantly. I think about your words.
We want to understand our unrealizable dreams. Left are the traces of two similair steps.

A couple somewhere stands back to back. Two moments are torn to pieces and pass by each other.
I pick up a dull flower and wrap it up safely, but the petals in my palm are carried away by wind.

You are a flower, blown away strongly. We face the mirror.
You bloom profusely and we snuggle up, but cannot meet. I unite with flower words.
