“I’ll go on living even if nobody acknowledges it.
Even if I decided to discard this world… It doesn’t matter.

I ride on the first strong waves of the east wind.”

-Stack

“Gale” is another word for “strong wind”. As you may have noticed, this song is about Sanae and not Koishi. I don’t really know why people got that idea anyways.
Oh and by the way: hyururu is a Japanese onomatopoeia for “woosh”. Fitting for wind, isn’t it?

dare ni mitomerarenakutatte
watashi wa ikite ikeru
tatoe kono sekai o suteru koto ni nattatte
kamawanai mono, tatta hitori datte
oikaze o tsurete

I’ll go on living
Even if nobody acknowledges it.
Even if I decided to discard this world,
It doesn’t matter since I’m all alone.
The tailwind drags me along.

haru no otozure tsugeru arashi no kaori ga shita
hana no ka to wakare no omoide o tomo ni
ushirogami dake kusugutte kieru

It smelled like the storm calling for spring to come.
It rolls by together with the smell of flowers and
The memories of my farewell, whilst only tickling my hair.

THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
hyururururu
nanimokamo sutete kita no
hyururururu
mou furikaeranai

Hyururururu – THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
I’ve come to discard everything.
Hyururururu – THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
There’s no way to turn back now.

haru no ichiban, hayai kaze atsumete
takaku tobu yo joushiki, hijoushiki datte

I gather the first gale of spring.
I fly high. Reason and unreason
Are both trivial. I’m right here.
Smiling, even now.

onaji iro katachi ja naku, chiguhagu no barabara de
sore demo hitei sarezu ni soko ni ite ii no ga
“wa” to yobareru to omotte ita no ni

Its color and shape differs; it’s a scattered mess.
And yet, it can’t be denied that it exists just fine.
I’ve been thinking that this is what we call “harmony”.

THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
hyururururu
watashi ni wa hitsuyou nai
hyururururu
kaze wa kokyou o shiranai

Hyururururu – THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
I don’t need these things.
Hyururururu – THE FIRST GALE OF SPRING
Wind has no place to call home.

higashi no kaze ichiban, tsuyoi nami ni notte

I ride on the first strong waves of the east wind.
I fly high. Reason and unreason
Are both trivial. I’m right here.
Smiling, even now.

kamikaze ichiban, watashi no ikiru basho
dare to mo chigau kimi de ite mo ii yo tte
sou, itte kureta no haru no tsuyoi kaze ga
ato wa no to nare yama to nare!

The divine wind is the first place I live in.
“I like being with you who’s unlike anyone else.”
That’s what the gale of spring told me.
Whatever happens, happens!
