Never Say Goodbye

What’s the border between daydreams and reality? Should I do it or should I not, should I go or should I not?
My brain chooses a vague dimension. I’m free to come and go and stay.

But I want to meet you again.
So I won’t say goodbye… Never Say Goodbye!

itsu no ma ni, bokura wa
tooi tokoro made kichatta mitai
surihetta suniikaa wa
tai asufaruto sutoresu kajougimi

Before we realized it,
We’ve come to this distant place.
Our worn down sneakers
Against the asphalt – Our stress is over the roof.

erabitotta genjitsu wa (wa ga makeru genjitsu wa)
shikakushimen no meiro de uousaou
doko e ikou ka? tanoshii koto dake o (itsumo tanoshii koto dake o)

The reality we picked out (The reality we lost against)
Runs around in distress in a neat labyrinth.
Where should we go? Only enjoyable things (Always enjoyable things)
Are what I want to do. (Are what I imagine.) We thrive on imagination and fantasy!

Never say goodbye!
itsu demo tadoritsukeru sa kami no ikiru sekai e
furui kuroozetto no saki, tonneru o koete
tobira wa hirakarete ite sakura fukikonde iru
kuru mo kaeru mo jiyuu demo

We can always get to the world where the gods live!
We pass through the tunnel ahead of the old closet.
The door is opened and cherry blossoms blow out.
You’re free to come and go, but never say goodbye!

Everywhere
shisutemu ni kumikomareta
jiyuu ishi no kyouhaku
otona ni nante naranakereba yokattatte
omou hi ga kuru kamo ne

We’re incorporated in the system.
Our free will is threatened everywhere.
There might come the day that we think
It’s a good thing we had to grow up.

otona o gokai shite itatte kizukunda
tanoshimu koto o akiramete shimaunda (itsuka akiramete shimaunda)

But I’m sure that we (Innocent as we are)
Will notice that we misunderstood the adults.
They gave up on enjoyable things. (They eventually give up.)
They gave up on being a child and became adults. (Although it’s unbearable.)

Never say goodbye!
itsu demo tadoritsukeru sa kami no ikiru sekai e
furui kuroozetto no saki, tonneru o koete
tobira wa hirakarete ite sakura fukikonde iru
kuru mo kaeru mo jiyuu demo

We can always get to the world where the gods live.
We pass through the tunnel ahead of the old closet.
The door is opened and cherry blossoms blow out.
You’re free to come and go, but never say goodbye!

bokura wa soko ni itanda
koko ni tadoritsuku mae
ima mo kaeri o matte, sono tobira wa―――

We’ve been there.
Even before we got here.
We still wait to go back, and that door…

hirakarete iru!

Is opened!

Never say goodbye!
saa junbi wa ii kai? souzou koeta sekai e
kuru mo kaeru mo jiyuu, demo

So, are you ready? We go to the world beyond imagination.
You’re free to come and go, but never say goodbye!

Never Can Say Goodbye…
