Crimson Tears

music: Stack Bros.
lyrics/vocals: Stack
from: 雨のささやき - Whisper of the Rain (紅涙)
circle: Crux feat. 暁Records

This is an image song made by Akatsuki Records for Crux's original character (Kouhou-kun). It is featured in their artbook "Whisper of the Rain" which was released on COMITIA122 back in 2017.

mado no mukou ni umareta namida shinkirou no you ni kakumaku ni nagare

The tears born outside the window stream into my cornea as if a mirage.
A figure feels slightly drawn to the water-color beyond the thin curtain.

Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
“oideya, oideya akane no beniyo ni”
“odoreya, odoreya nureta kurokami o tsutatte ochiru no wa namida ka, chigiri no chi ka”

“Come, come here. Into the madder-red night.”
Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
“Dance, oh dance. What is running down your wet black hair, is it tears or vowed blood?”

miageta sora wa torinokosare tada kourui ni kieru niji no omokage
hitori de wa nureta karada no tsumetasa mo wakaranai kara

Left in the sky I gaze at is just the image of a rainbow disappearing into my crimson tears.
You’re even unable to know the coldness of a wet body if alone.

Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
“oideya, oideya akane no beniyo ni”
“odoreya, odoreya nureta kurokami ni fureta akai yubisaki hoo o naze warau”

“Come, come here. Into the madder-red night.”
Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
“Dance, oh dance. The red fingertips touching your wet black hair, they caress your smiling cheek.”

Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops crawling, crawling on my skin
“oideya, oideya kourui kawaku made”
“te o nobashite sora e nakayubi nazotte tsutai ochiru shizuku wa namida ka, chigiri no chi ka”

“Come, come here. Until your crimson tears dry.”
Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops crawling, crawling on my skin
“The droplets running down your middle-finger outstreched to the sky, are they tears or vowed blood?”

matsuge o nurashita no wa hai no sora unda kourui
kuchibiru nurashita no wa akane ni togaru shitasaki
yubisaki izanau no wa furerarenu ama no mukui
kakumaku o yurasu no wa nenmaku ni nagareta tsumi
te o totte fumiirete mou ame mo yandeshimau

Wetting my lashes are crimson tears born by the ashen sky.
Wetting my lips is the tip of my tongue dapped into madder.
Invited by my fingertip is a heavenly reward I won’t receive.
Agitating my cornea are the sins streaming into my mucous membrane.
You take my hand and step in, and even the rain suddenly stops.

Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
haraaiya waraaiya rakurui ga gotoshi
odoreya, odoreya ame no naka naraba
namida mo nanimokamo nagarete kieru dake

Halah-iya, Walah-iya – Like falling tears.
Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops falling, falling on my eyes
Dance, oh dance. When inside the rain,
Tears and everything else is simply washed away.

Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops crawling, crawling on my skin
oideya, oideya kourui to utae
izure kawaku tomo izure taeru tomo
nokoriga wa tsumeato, sono hoo o tsutau ame

Come, come here. Sing with the crimson tears.
Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah, Ah, Yah-sa, Tzuu-lah
Raindrops crawling, crawling on my skin
No matter if eventually they dry, no matter if eventually they stop.
The rain caressing that cheek is like a lingering scent, like a scratch.
