I believe the title refers to the six realms of existence, or Samsara. There are three “good” ones (heavenly, demi-good and human) as well as three “bad” ones (animal, ghosts, hellish). Therefore, in what realm you’ll be reborn next depends on what kind of karma you have accumulated in your previous life.
So instead of complaining about what fate was given to us or accepting it as it is, we should accept our feelings about it and try to change that fate according to our will.
Also, fun fact: since “sore” in stanza 4 is written in katakana, and “guuzou” (idol) was once sung as “sore” in Guuzou Utopia, I imagine Yacchie is referring to Keiki in that line. Also, since Roppun no Ichi is the first new song right after Kirei na Niji, I feel as if Yacchie is talking especially to Mayumi and her being stuck in this abusive relationship with Keiki.

There’s something interesting to note about the grammar in the song! While “suki” and “aishiteru/koishiteru” generally both mean “to love”, the latter generally expresses a more deep, serious and passionate feeling. In the lyrics, Keiki uses “suki” when she talks about someone loving her personally for who she really is, while she uses “aishiteru/koishiteru” when talking about someone loving the idol she represents/the role she plays.
In the forth stanza, she also sings “guuzou” (idol) as “sore” (this). This might be interesting for another song in the album!
Generally this song reminds me a lot of Shinra’s Charisma Rengoku Tenshin, but a Keiki version of it : P
